Good to know
🔍 What the log files contain
Log files contain technical information that helps our support team identify errors and unexpected behavior. This includes app version numbers, operating system, sync status, error messages, and timestamps for events.
By analyzing the logs, we can pinpoint exactly what went wrong and when – making troubleshooting significantly faster.
ℹ️ You will only be asked to upload log files if our support team specifically needs them for troubleshooting.
🔒 Privacy and security
We have no access to your personal files or folders – neither through log files nor otherwise. Log files contain purely technical data about app functionality and do not include passwords, documents, photos, or other confidential information.
Onlime always protects your data. Read more in our privacy policy ↗.
