How to download files using an Internet browser

  1. Mark one or more files and/or folders

  2. Select Download (or right-click on one of the selected files)

If you download a single file, it will be downloaded and saved to your computer - usually in the Downloads folder.

If you download multiple files and / or folders, they will be sampled in a .ZIP file and then downloaded and saved to your computer - usually in the Downloads folder.

  • You will then need to extract the .zip file to your computer yourself

  • .zip files downloaded from Onlime are called Onlime.zip

Note: We do not recommend downloading very large files or folders using an Internet browser. They are not stable and secure enough for that.

If the download failed, try again. If it fails again, we recommend that you use the program to download with.

Note: Using Internet Explorer, we recommend that you upgrade to Microsoft Edge for a more secure Internet experience. Learn why you should not use Internet Explorer.
