How to change your subscription at Onlime

If you want to change your subscription at Onlime, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My Onlime with your email and password. You can find the link to My Onlime here: https://onlime.dk/login

  2. Choose the subscription you want to switch to. You can see the different options and prices on the page.

  3. If you switch to a more expensive subscription than your current one (an upgrade), the change will take place immediately. You will be refunded an amount corresponding to the unused period of your previous subscription.

  4. If you switch to a cheaper subscription than your current one, the change will only take place when your current subscription period expires. You will not be refunded any amount for the remaining period of your current subscription.

  5. When you have chosen the desired subscription, you need to confirm your invoice and payment details. You can pay with credit card or MobilePay.

  6. When you have completed the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your new subscription and your payment receipt.
