If you want to download all your photos and videos, you can use the Onlime program for Windows / Mac. This ensures that the transfers are made stably and as quickly as possible versus if you transfer from the Onlime website.
Photos and videos uploaded directly to the timeline are technically in Onlime under Files > Backed up > Photo Timeline Uploads (https://cloud.onlime.dk/web/backup)
This is the case if you have:
uploaded photos and videos directly to the Onlime Pictures web page
How to download photos and videos uploaded to the timeline in Onlime
Download and install Onlime if you don't already have it (Download for Win/Mac)
Open Onlime
Click Restore
Click and select Photos
Click Start Transfer and choose where to download your files.
