Generally, people can be added as a family member as long as they have the same address as the owner of the family account.

However, if a user with affiliation to a family account moves the address, we do not require them to change account type or get their own subscription. He or she may remain a member of the family account.

Children under the age of 18 will always be able to be added to a parent's family account.

Example: A child over the age of 18 is a member of a parent's family account. The child moves away from home and changes address. The child can still be part of the family account.
