Update Windows
Please update Windows as described here.
Make sure Windows is up to date with the latest updates. See how on the Microsoft website here.
Make sure the Windows components .NET and C ++ are up to date.
Alternative login method
In some cases, the problem can be solved by using an alternative login method:
Wait 10 seconds after the installation is complete
Click the Login via browser link below the login field
Enter your user information and log in to the browser window that opens.
The installation should now be completed
Reinstall Onlime
You can also uninstall Onlime completely, using REVOuninstaller for Windows or AppCleaner for Mac - they help delete all files related to Onlime.
For Windows
Locate Onlime on the list and uninstall
After normal uninstallation, the program scans for residues in the registry: Select all residues and click on 'Delete'

Other methods
If you are still having problems, you can try the following.
Close all programs running on your computer - including all those running in the background.
Install Onlime again.
If the problem persists, you may be able to press the 'Tab' key on the keyboard to activate the cursor where the email field is. Press again to jump to the password field and finally press 'Enter'.
